Who is this experience for?
Families with children 10+ who want an age-aware view of operating businesses, people, and financial decisions. Parents are participants and supervise their children throughout.
What does the week look like?
The format is Monday through Friday, with three focused learning mornings and time for family and local experiences. We share a cohort-specific itinerary privately.
Which businesses will we see?
The working portfolio includes Elena’s Lavanderia, short-term stays, long-term rentals, and small commercial and single-family properties. Specific access depends on operations, safety, and the cohort plan.
Will we see financial information?
Age-appropriate operator discussions can include revenue, costs, and business tradeoffs. Open-book and facility access follow a private participation agreement.
Where do families stay?
Families stay in short-term houses or apartments from our Atchison portfolio, selected to fit the group. These are real working properties in a small city, and accommodation details are shared privately.
Are dates and pricing available?
We are gathering interest and shaping cohorts. We discuss timing and full details directly after learning about your family. There is no public price list or checkout on this site.
What happens after Friday?
Participating families can continue with the Family Financial Education Hub and a dedicated Skool community for the cohort.
How do we get to Atchison?
Kansas City International Airport is the usual arrival point; families can use a rental car or arranged ground transport. We discuss practical travel options with each cohort.

Where do we stay?
In houses and apartments we operate (the same Airbnbs/rentals in our portfolio) as part of the week — not hotel rooms. Lodging is not the product.

What about Kansas City?
Arrive via MCI, or private aviation into Atchison Airport or KC Charles B. Wheeler when the aircraft fits. The week is rooted in Atchison with KC metro access.

Junior CEO track: manager interviews, laundry economics, Airbnb vs rental, simple P&L language. Parents supervise.
What continues after the week?
