Learning by proximity

From curiosity to an operator’s vocabulary.

A child can understand more than a simplified money lesson. Give them a real place, a manager who can answer, and a parent asking alongside them.

Access to business floors and records is planned around safety, suitability, and a private participation agreement.

01 / INTERVIEW

Talk with a manager

Ask what happens before customers arrive, which decisions are hard, and what good work looks like.

02 / COMPARE

See different models

Compare the flow of a laundromat with short-term and long-term rentals in terms a child can explain.

03 / EXPLAIN

Follow one decision

Identify a revenue line, a cost, and a tradeoff. Bring the discussion back to the family table.

The AI operator lab

From a question to a useful tool.

Junior CEOs will see how AI can help people organize the books, prepare year-end reports, and turn a business idea into a product.

We will walk through Wild Fi AI Innovations LLC’s approach to AI-assisted app development, website development, and other practical tools. Children ask what the tool does, who it helps, and how a person checks its work.

What carries forward

The week is a beginning.

Participating families can continue the discussion in the Family Financial Education Hub and a dedicated Skool community. The aim is a shared vocabulary and habits that stay useful after Friday.

This is an educational family experience, not childcare or a promise of business outcomes.

Junior CEO track

Kids 10+ practice operator language beside real managers. Parents supervise. This is not babysitting and not a kids’ club.

What Junior CEOs do

• Interview a manager

• See laundry economics on a real floor

• Compare Airbnb vs long-term rental in plain language

• Name revenue and cost on one simple P&L they can explain

• Dual-track evenings with the family cohort

What they leave with

A clearer operator vocabulary. Confidence talking about real businesses. Continuity into the Family Financial Education Hub and the dedicated CashQuest Kids CEO Skool.

Honesty

One week cannot replace years of practice. It can open books, language, and habits families keep using after Friday.
